After more than 3 decades of continuous growth, POOJA METAL PROCESSORS (P) LTD, an ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001:2015 is one of the highly recognized manufacturer and exporter of Electrical Stampings (Stator Stacks, Die Casted & Machined Rotors) and Aluminium Pressure Die Cast Components.
Various grades of semi and fully processed steel are transformed into lamination on state of the art stamping technology with single and multiple row stamping dies. The company has the capability to produce Interlocked and Auto skewed cores as per customer requirements.
The same excellence as in motor stamping as also found in production of die cast component. The company has a dedicated Pressure Die Casting unit catering to the demand of motor as well as appliance industries.

TIMELINE
Starting in 1988, we started slitting unit for white good OEM’S.
- In 1994, second manufacturing unit was setup to supply Rotors and Stators.
- In 1998, We started our Decarb Annealing process to convert semi processed steel to electrical grade.
- In 2002, We started production of electrical stampings on high speed presses for various OEM’S.
- In 2004, We started supplying compressor stamping to Tecumseh and ceiling fan stampings to Havells.
- In 2008, We started supplying to Phillips as a tier 2 supplier.
- In 2010, We joined hands with Havells as a major contributor for producing stampings.
- In 2012, We became a tier 1 supplier for Phillips.
- In 2014, After setting benchmarks in the industry, various OEM’s like Luminous Schnider ,Orient Fans, Polycab Wires were part of our success story.
